Dairy products come in second place after the meat production.

The milk is processed at the dairy plant in Fernheim, together with the Fernheim Colony. Approximately 60,000 liters (15,400 gallons) are processed on a daily basis.

The final products sold with the brand name CO-OP, include butter, yoghurt, cream, cottage cheese, whole and skim milk and dulce de leche (caramel spread).

These products are sold nationwide. The request for CO-OP products is constantly rising.
