Milk

To process its milk, Neuland Cooperative built a dairy plant together with Fernheim Cooperative. This factory processes an average of 60,000 liters of milk daily into butter, yoghurt, cream, whole and skim milk, cottage cheese and Dulce de leche, which are marketed under the name CO-OP.

These products are sold both in the Chaco and in different places in Asunción and the rest of the country. The demand on the national market keeps rising steadily.
