Retirement Home

In the retirement home „Bethesda" Neuland Colony's pioneers are provided with whatever they need to be able to spend their sunset years with honor and dignity.

The retirement home is built in a U around a courtyard garden. This is where the single rooms with bathrooms, the lounge and utility rooms are. There are also small cottages shared by two of the more sprightly residents each. The balanced meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen are prepared also using produce from the retirement home's own vegetable garden.

The Concordia Hospital is only a few meters away so that help can be there right away in case of emergency.

A choice of activities like gymnastics, crafts and singing are offered to provide some variety for the seniors during their daily routine.
